Street Outlaw fans will know that Doc had been considering re-vamping his car for some time now and we are delighted to announce he has done just that. Let’s check it out…
The makeover comes after Ryan Martin started the trend during the prior season when he decided to start with two different cars for list racing.
Similarly to Martin, Doc is keeping his current car ‘The Street Beast’ for street racing but has got himself a new car ready for the No Prep Kings championship and upcoming seasons.
Street Outlaws: Doc unveils new car
As some of you may know, Doc was not happy with the performance of The Street Beast for a while and was hoping a fresh new whip might change that. Now for the big reveal…
Doc’s new car is a beautiful Blue Firebird, it is significantly more powerful than his last with 959 Cubic inches of power compared to his previous which had 706. Now that’s a beast.
Sticking to what he knows, the new car is also blue, however, this one packs a punch. It’s new deep blue, metallic shine really makes this one a show-stopper.
Check out the new Firebird for yourself and let us know what you think.
Doc’s fresh wheels explored
A priority for Doc when making his new car was the weight. The Firebird is much lighter than his other car, weighing 200 pounds less than the previous OG Street Beast.
However, as mentioned, the colour remains the same, blue. Although viewers have already commented on how this car is much better than his last.
The car holds 959 cubic inches of power, to put that simply this is the ultimate pro-mod engine, making over 1800 horsepower, naturally.
The car is any racers dream and fans can’t wait to see it in action.

What other cars has Doc owned?
Doc is known for his amazing cars, however, he is probably most recognised for his 1970 Monte Carlo, aka the Street Beast.
This was known for some time as the fastest car in the 405. Before the update, this Monte Carlo was equipped with a 706 Cubic Inch Big Block Chevy Engine, Turbo 400 Ace Race Transmission and 3 Monte Smith Nitrous Kits.
After years of driving the infamous Street Beast, Doc was involved in a horrible accident racing against the Big Chief. Luckily, he was fine and made a full recovery but the outcome wasn’t the same for the Street Beast.
This is what led to Doc deciding to build a new car, instead of rebuilding this. From that day we now know this new, blue beauty as The Firebird.
